kasey_dale 14 Posted January 7, 2013 I'm 18, and 312 lbs. I'm still going through the big ole process of getting the surgery, and I cannot wait. Most people say they want the body they had in high school back, but I want my middle school body back!! My question is though, how hard is the diet adjustment post-op?? Lauren13 6 Posted January 7, 2013 The pre-op diet is all liquids and it varies how many days depending on your weight, the nutritionist will tell you. Over all if you can get past the second day of full liquids then you're good because for me the first and second day were pretty hard but if you're motivated, you can do it!
