gettinMeBack 380 Posted January 7, 2013 I've been eating so many carbs lately and I feel like it's all going to my mid section Smh I'm still losing weight tho but I know I've been so bad. So tomorrow I'm going to start a carb detox. I think I'll do my preop diet and see how that goes for at least a week. They say once you wen yourself of of carbs for a week or will make you not want them anymore or at least as much. So I'll give it a try! Wish me luck guys! (Posted here someplace...)I am using Myfitnesspal.com and following a southbeachy plan at 1000-1200 cals lower carb. I was hog wild over the holidays myself.
