partofme! 36 Posted January 6, 2013 Hi, I have read that extreme fatigue from not getting enough Protein could include dizziness, sleeping a lot, etc...where a leak fatigue happens generally right after a meal-you can have pain or burning in the stomach or back pain, shoulder pain, general feeling of unwell-if you suspect a leak always better safe than sorry.
