I've reviewed a couple of their shakes. And to be honest, they aren't bad. The quality is there.

Where they fall way short is their marketing & their price. It's a MLM system. They cost about 3 times what is would cost you to get all the same benifits on the standard retail market.

I really cannot recommend them, not because of the shakes themselves. But because of the "hustle" in the way they marketed. They are good shakes, but will never deliver what they claim.

Never heard of that. I used Premiere Protein pre-op and Muscle Milk post-op
