KRB829 47 Posted January 6, 2013 I'm 4 months out, and fortunately I haven't experienced any stalls. what everyone is saying is correct, I exercise all day except when I'm sleeping, I'm not for sure if that is good or bad but, at work I do chair exercises, I walk for an hour on lunch, I walk after dinner, I ride my recumbent bike while watching television and when I'm in bed I do leg lifts until I fall a sleep. I even go to the gym on the weekends, I know crazy right, but I haven't had a stall and I am dropping weight like crazy.
