Tinnitus / Ringing

Any sleevers with either tinnitus or ringing in your ears? I see online that weight loss can help reduce it, and I would love to find that along with fitting into clothes, my condition might improve a bit.

Any experience like that, pro or con?

I had not heard about this, so I would like to know the answers as well. What a happy side effect that would be!

I suffer from constant shzzshzshhzzzzsh as well. I have always blamed it on the rock band I was in in the 60's.

I ignore it most of the time but listening now I believe it has diminished a bit. The weight loss and better diet may have had an effect.

I have heard there are new supplements out there that can help. I have not researched them as yet to determine if they are yet more attempts to fish out my dollars with no return on investment.
