chicken and tuna can be kinda heavy at this time. Try some yogurt, eggs, or even Beans.< /p>

Walmart has one called EAS it's premade it's good...I also bought a big bag to mix and I use ice with it and its not to bad..

My surgeon did Clear Liquids for two days, full liquids for two weeks, then soft foods. I tried egg beaters today, and after one bite I had dry heaves. OMG, nasty!!

One bite at a time and slowly.... I had my surgery on 2/7 and I went out with my wife on valentines day at a friends restaurant and he made me scrambled eggs.... They rocked.
