LOVE IT! But I think that is in part because I have been exercising since I was 13. But I have had three abdominal surgeries and exercising seemed to help me heal faster and feel better in general! Granted I don't go crazy the week of or the week after surgery. In fact, I kind of take it easier on the cardio machines up to a month after surgery then I go crazy. But with that said, I still listen to my body. Meaning, if I am exhausted I won't push it or sometimes I will just take the day off from exercise. Exercise really helps with the loose skin! Wish it would get rid of the stretch marks though! LOL

I would like to say its a MUST, but there are sleevers out there who don't. I enjoy doing it and I find myself pushing myself because I am capable of so much. It's so much easier because I don't weigh as much. In short, I highly recommend it!

I feel you go through this to feel better and be healthier inside and out. There are so many added benefits to working out besides losing weight. The main being Heart health. Why would you go through the surgery not to be at your best? Exercise helps that.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
