:P I began this journey at almost 400 pounds. The day of surgery I was at 368 in june of 2004 and today I am 279. I am very active and still trying to get the rest of this weight of. I want to be under 200 in the next couple of years. I struggle making the right food choices. I try only to have healthy choices in my house. That works great for awhile and then I hit the brownie train. Why do I do this? I see a counselor. I see a nutritionist. I'm getting fills which really don':help: t help the junk food issues. Any ideas? I need help!

I would say you just need to limit the sweets. Because you love them as I do you will have to take a firm hold of this addiction. Monitor how many times a week you eat something sweet. Try to limit it to once a week and then just have half the the sweet item.

Continue to excerise and that will help burn that half of cake that you may have eaten. I know it is hard because I am struggling myself especially with Halloweeen here.

A Recap

1. Something sweet once a week

2. Half the portion

3. Continue to exercise

See how that does
