ckatie0709 24 Posted January 4, 2013 I've seen it a million times here and I'm experiencing it, I'm just wanting to know for those of you that Water Made feel sick, when did it stop? I'm such a water drinker and so sick of crystal light and such.
finallyFree 9 Posted January 7, 2013 I agree! I always drank Water and now it feels "heavy" to me, without knowing a better way to describe it. Just two days ago I got Ocean Spray Cranberry-Pomegranate single serving pouches that mix with water similar to crystal lite, but it doesn't taste as strong as crystal lite. Hope that might help you. Maybe after 3-4 months we can go back to drinking plain water!

Sleevealicious 43 Posted January 8, 2013 I really struggle to get my Water in because of this. I usually put 1/2 cup of apple juice in a glass and then add 12-14 ounces of water. It's only about 50 calories and is so worth it to actually be able to get water down. I have found that crystal light and any other artificial sweetener drinks make me sick with the sleeve, even at over 5 months out. I know everyone says to watch out for juice because of the sugar, but it's only 50 calories and it is a whole lot healthier for you to get a little sugar than not being able to drink at all and getting dehydrated. I used to be a big water drinker before surgery, over 100 ounces a day... Now I struggle to get 30!
ckatie0709 24 Posted January 8, 2013 This Water thing is def something i plan on talking to my nut about at my next visit, i can handle the cl, but i feel like I'm drinking juice and I'm not much of a juice drinker!!
