mzrich 29 Posted January 3, 2013 just came back from my one week post op visit to my doctor. he gave me the okay to start full liquids starting on Friday. I said are u sure u dont want me to start tonight lol he said no i told him how my body aches and im so weak i need protien at least. he said no lol i continued and he finally says only protienprotein. so i walked out a happy camper! and im taking little sips of my muscle milk right now. hopeing not to get sick Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
