I am in the UK and self-paid for surgery on September 22, 2012. My surgeon was Christopher Sutton in Leicestershire and I had a fantastic experience; having never had any medical or surgical procedures before, it all went very much to plan and I felt well looked after by the team in hospital. I lost about 18lbs pre-op, and have lost another 35 or so since. I'm really pleased with the progress I've made.

So pleased to be moving into 2013, knowing that I'm well on my way to good health. Good luck to everyone on the site.
