I have 2 liquids that I put in my Water or ice tea.. one is biosil (6 drops) and the other is super silia (30 drops/day) which I get at the healthfood store. My doc also put me on pre-natal Vitamins to help build up my hair.

I'm only at 7 weeks out so I'm hoping to ward off the Hair loss since I have thin hair to begin with. I've also read that getting all your Protein in helps a lot as well.
