I am in Australia and use a product called Vital Greens. I checked out the manufacturer for the Orac and it seems to be very similar in makeup.

I can tell you that what I take is fabulous, I wouldn't miss taking it for the world, it not only helps me feel better physically but mentally as well. My niece who was sleeved July 2011 put me on to it and wouldn't be without it either. I really couldn't believe it until I tried it myself, it totally makes a huge difference, I am sure the Orac would do you good.

I forgot say that I use my supplement as a supplement only and not a Meal Replacement, but it very well could be used as such I guess going by the ingredients, just not practical.

Looking at the make up oh this, it is mostly grasses. Not much in the way of veggies or other ingredients. It doesn't look like a bad product, but you could get the same benifits from KyoGreen and take less of it.

Warning: KyoGreen tastes like eating freshly mowed grass

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
