slimforme 27 Posted August 23, 2013 So' date=' i have been guilty of falling back into old habits and my weight loss has been on hold for 3 months! I was looking at everyone's progress and i thought OMG what the heck am i doing????? Well, yesterday i went back to basics and just in that one day i lost 3 lbs !!!! This is a tool and even after going astray for 3 MONTHS it still works. I know there are hers out there that are or have been in this predicament but, you do not have to be. It is never too late to get back. If i lose 9 lbs. a month i will be at goal by December (1 year surgiversary). THAT is soooooo do-able [/quote'] I have been there. Finally getting back on track! We got this!! 1 UndercoverBariatricGal reacted to this

I feel like I'm 3 weeks post op today Uggg.. I haven't had this problem exactly. In general, I can eat "normal" size meals (small but not absurdly small) and every now and then, something will surprise me and fill me up more quickly than normal. But, if I was only eating yogurt, I don't think I would feel the restriction. Maybe this is not a negative thing because it will keep your eating in check. It's harder when you don't feel the restriction on a regular basis. 1 UndercoverBariatricGal reacted to this

rsmont77 101 Posted August 31, 2013 I have the same issue as both of you. I was doing great' date=' weight was coming off at a nice pace, then I got a new job. It's been stressful to leave what I knew and take on a big project in the corporate healthcare world....and even though I'm still doing fine with diet, I find I have less time to exercise. I've really only lost a pound or two in the last 30 days. I think it has more to do with stress hormones than anything I'm doing, but it is just adding more stress. Vicious circle. Anyway, I think I'm going to need to figure out how to exercise more. I don't think it really has that big of an impact on weight loss (I never worked out excessively even when I was losing really fast) but I do think it will help manage stress and those cortisol levels, which might impact weight loss. And of course, burning those extra calories will help, too Hang in there.....we will all figure out how to manage life as thin people.[/quote'] I don't have a lot of time and read the book the cardio free diet, it has a strength program using resistance bands and only takes 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week. I have found that I am tightening up some loose skin :-) 1 MichiganChic reacted to this

Yes your capacity will increase the longer you are out. That's why it's important to follow the rules of how much you should eat. Always Protein first until you hit your Protein goal for the day. Fruits and veggies when you can get them in, as you can get them in. I find I need to eat more often during the day... not necessarily more. I fill up quickly, but two hours later I am empty and hungry again. 3 mariamitani, UndercoverBariatricGal and Huntingnurse reacted to this

Ms.AntiBand 2,984 Posted September 3, 2013 At times I got stuck for several weeks at a time. The closer to your goal the harder your body hangs on to what you want to lose. 1 UndercoverBariatricGal reacted to this
