MichiganChic 3,262 Posted April 22, 2013 I just bought a smart phone. Any suggestions on phone apps that track carbs/calories? Thanks in advance My fitness pal. It's a great app! You can have friends on there, and lots of people from VST use it. 3 pattycake71963, rholt35 and UndercoverBariatricGal reacted to this

UndercoverBariatricGal 167 Posted April 22, 2013 I had the same issue. Got a cat scan nothing. Turned out to be gastritis. I went on omaprazole 20g daily. By day 4 I was 70% better. Good luck I already take that and this is my lower abdomen so I dont know what to think of that I take 40 mg a day and I take it faithfully besides I had acid reflux even before the surgery so its something else 1 mariamitani reacted to this
DanaL 118 Posted April 22, 2013 I'm also having the lower left side pains. I'm going to try increasing my acid reducer. Thanks for the info Mariamirani! 1 mariamitani reacted to this

Lol My hair has been falling out for a while... like half of it has fallen out so far. I know I'm not getting enough Protein, Fluid or Vitamins and I'm working on it but ugh it's scary to pull handfuls of hair all day long. I just try not to touch it anymore lol 1 mariamitani reacted to this
DanaL 118 Posted April 23, 2013 A lot of my weight loss surgery friends use Nioxin shampoos to help with the hairloss. I haven't persoanlly tried it though. You can go to their website and take a survey to figure out with hair product system would work the best for you. Amazon has it the cheapest. http://www.amazon.com/Nioxin-System-Cleanser-Therapy-33-8oz/dp/B000ZICQ36/ref=sr_1_1?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1366741752&sr=1-1&keywords=nioxin

Ima Loser 197 Posted April 23, 2013 As for Hair loss, I was experiencing it very badly... I actually was reccomended Loreal's Everpure Thickening Shampoo... Since Ihave been using it my hair loss has stopped for the most part. It slowed down after the second wash and stopped after about a week... 1 mariamitani reacted to this
