I had 8 m&m's at the movies tonight if that makes you feel any better. Pre-sleeve I wouldve had a large heavily buttered popcorn and a box of snowcaps.

I have been bad for a week .... christmas day I ate and last night I had finger foods .... I pray that I can get this all under control ... I've had the flu since the 26 and just haven't keep my food in check .. not overeating but not great choices ...

Don't beat yourself up I'm trying not to myself. I'm doing both making wrong choices in eating the wrong things. I decided to write everything down and also and tell myself I'm human today I'm paying attention to what I eat

thank you ... being sick ... and well its my second christmas without both my parents and I thought it would be easier .... they died 7 months apart in 2011 Happy New year ... praying it gets easier for us both
