steelergirl 135 Posted December 31, 2012 When I drink Water it makes me feel queesy...I don't know why..makes my tummy feels weird..I haven't been getting my fluids in ..because of it. The only drink I desire now is hot tea with cream. I didn't even like tea before. I can like feel water in my stomach..I don't know..I would have lost double if I would be able to drink my water!! tallysfunny 363 Posted December 31, 2012 Usually it does make me feel queasy but here lately I have been craving it and when I do I can get in no more than 16 ounces of it. Then the window of opportunity is closed. Lol.

kpaige77 49 Posted January 1, 2013 how far out are you??? i have been the same way up until yesterday. i think for me it's been like when you have the flu or when i get motion sick. my nurse in the hospital told me it has something to do with your body chemistry and Water lacking any sodium or sugar content. have you tried any juice in your water? my secret concoction has been to fill a glass to the very top with crushed ice, add water to about 2/3 full and then top it off with either apple or cranberry juice. just stay away from any citrus juices. i found a 100% cranberry/ blueberry. also apple/white grape is nice and easy on the tummy! i tried walmarts brand of crystal light grape and fruit punch and they were just gross to me. i have never liked any artificial sugar subs but if you can handle them maybe try those as is or diluted. good luck. this journey is soooo crazy hard but i know one day i will appreciate my new belly.
