Luwanna 80 Posted December 31, 2012 I had my sleeve the day after Memorial Day. I think it was May 28th, 2012. Anyway, I have lost quite a bit, but NONE over the last TWO MONTHS. I am stuck at 198/199 depending on the scales mood...LOL! I don't drink sweetened drinks, and really don't eat a lot. Sure puts into perspective how much I was overeating before surgery. Has anyone else hit a plateau that lasted THIS long, and how do I fix it? I REALLY do NOT want to go back on just shakes. That **** sucked! Thanks for your thoughts and ideas, and I wish everyone a healthy and happy new year! (I would like to lose about 50 more #'s....)
neekoal 37 Posted December 31, 2012 It could be worse! You could have gotten stuck at 201! 1 Goodnurseg reacted to this
doxieville 799 Posted December 31, 2012 Maybe you aren't eating enough? Rotate your Cal intake. A few days higher (1200) a few days lower (600-800.). 1 Goodnurseg reacted to this
karenb4729 309 Posted December 31, 2012 How much exercise are you getting? Are you logging all your food? You say you don't think you are eating much but do you really know? Its important to keep a food diary so you know exactly what and how much you are putting in your mouth. If you are keeping a diary take a look over the past few months to see what has changed. Its hard work getting the weight off and watching what we eat is going to be a life time learning experience for most of us. 1 amytug reacted to this
