I had my sleeve the day after Memorial Day. I think it was May 28th, 2012. Anyway, I have lost quite a bit, but NONE over the last TWO MONTHS. I am stuck at 198/199 depending on the scales mood...LOL! I don't drink sweetened drinks, and really don't eat a lot. Sure puts into perspective how much I was overeating before surgery. Has anyone else hit a plateau that lasted THIS long, and how do I fix it? I REALLY do NOT want to go back on just shakes. That **** sucked! Thanks for your thoughts and ideas, and I wish everyone a healthy and happy new year! (I would like to lose about 50 more #'s....)

It could be worse! You could have gotten stuck at 201!

Maybe you aren't eating enough? Rotate your Cal intake. A few days higher (1200) a few days lower (600-800.).

How much exercise are you getting? Are you logging all your food? You say you don't think you are eating much but do you really know? Its important to keep a food diary so you know exactly what and how much you are putting in your mouth. If you are keeping a diary take a look over the past few months to see what has changed. Its hard work getting the weight off and watching what we eat is going to be a life time learning experience for most of us.
