I am 6 months out and I think that I messed up my sleeve:(

You shouldn't be eatting enough to make yourself throw up. You are suppose to stop way before that...if your 7 months out and have done that a lot...I would consult with your surgeon to see if your sleeve could be stretched a little. I'm sure you can get back on track...start eatting only the amounts our sleeves can hold..learn your full feeling and stop.

The grazing is hard, its more will power...just try your best to not graze...I know its hard but you can do it!!

Hey Katrina... I'm almost 7 months post op and I have the same problem... I can sure eat more and I don't throw up anymore if I overeat.. just get sick for a while and that's it !!! I'm actually nibbling all day.... It's driving me crazy.... I don't know if my stomach is a little stretched out... Are there any symptoms for that' date=' anyone?????[/quote']

I do the same thing I graze just to be sure that I dont over eat. But at the same time I count my calories.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
