Usually maintaining for a little does not hurt, but once you reach goal, you can meet with a surgeon and discuss options. The waiting until you finish losing is because we can't determine exactly where the weight will come from when we lose. wikdwich 13 Posted December 30, 2012 I was a 38F back in 06 until I had a reduction to a 38DD. My plastic surgeon told me that my breasts were fibrous and wouldn't get smaller if I lost weight. He was wrong. They used to be nice and full and now they're those ski slope kind where they just sort of go down and then tip back up. I hate them. My husband says its no big deal but it is to me. helgaready 34 Posted December 30, 2012 I too want a boob job and am going to get one once I have reached my goal and maintained it for 3 months...I have always had smaller boobs and I was cool with them for the most part...Now as I lose weight they are hanging more than I can appreciate so I am going to go bigger and prop them babies back up where they were intended to be...
