Johnboy996 11 Posted December 30, 2012 I am also interested. I have to pack my lunch for work, and need some good ideas. Very physical job working on a job site, and always on the go. Not very convenient for lunches.

GeauxForIt 659 Posted December 30, 2012 I'm relying too heavily on Protein bars right now and know I can't do that long term due to the carbs and calories. I have a refrigerator at work, but a short time for breaks. Would love to have a stash of quick things so I'm not tempted by the evil vending machine! lol

Skinnypie 66 Posted December 30, 2012 Pepperoni chips!! Take turkey pepperoni and put it between 2 paper towels, pop it in the microwave for 30-60 seconds (watch them because they burn easily), when they come out/ cool they are nice and crispy like chips- bet you can't have just one!! 73 calories and 9.3 grams of Protein in 17 pieces, probably can't eat that many, but half a serving at a time? 1 Threetimesacharm reacted to this
