popcorn is dangerous that early!! It has hulls that do not digest well and can irritate and sometimes cause infection in the suture line.

Please refer to your Drs. guidelines

You can have it later on.

Better to be healed!!

Yeah I personally waited a couple of months and even then it was a few kernels.

When I CAN eat popcorn, I make my own & it's soooo yummy..

1/4 c kernels in a brown paper lunch bag

Microwave for 1 min and 5 sec ( in my microwave)

Once done, spray with PAM or butter spray (i use Oilve oil spray)

Sprinkle whatever seasoning you prefer in the bag, close and shake..

My kiddos love it b/c we all get our own bag , our own flavor & it's more than enough

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
