How do you calculate inches lost? What parts do you add up?

measure each body part you want...repeat as often as you choose, then subtract. Ex: if your upper arm was 15" then later measures 11 inches...you've lost 4 inches. Simple math.

I did a lot of measurements.

Neck, chest, waist, big part of my belly, thighs, hips, calves, ankles, biceps, forearm, wrists. I think that is everything. I did it the day I met my surgeon, and have done it once a month since then. Then it's just simple math like the above poster said.
