you wont have to say anything....... he already feels less than as it is that is why he treats you the way he does ~ JUST KNOW THAT!! and when you do hit that goal of yours and you are looking wonderful inside and out - your face will say it all to him and he will HEAR IT LOUD AND CLEAR..... dont mince words, smile baby its time to shine!!!!

Wow, today we are hearing that 2/3rds of Americans are lazy and don't push themselves enough and that he would never let himself get that fat. He's also saying that I could still do it on my own and I should be on the treadmill everyday pushing myself.
