gmanbat 5,889 Posted December 28, 2012 My starting weight and loss is almost identical to yours. I'm 6'2" and a 64 year old feller. I'm down to 2 pounds from my goal and have been for 2 months. I still think I will exceed my goal. I have been exercising more and putting on muscle. Though the scale stays the same I am losing my belly. My stalls were frequent. It's like my body was exhausted from losing and took a break for awhile and then started down again. Keep doing the right thing. The odds are in your favor. tallysfunny 363 Posted December 28, 2012 You might just need to be patient darlin'. Everyone's body has various set points. Yours might have hit one. How long since you last lost a pound or two? Look into lilmissdivas boot camp for your belly. Or just boost your carbs, Protein, calories in general and Water intake for two days then bump it back down to normal. rosehips 121 Posted December 28, 2012 I hit a scale stall also in Dec. and my diet has been the same. I coincidently doubled my Water aerobics this month and the scale has not moved but the clothes are still getting bigger . Then for two days over Christmas I ate more calories and the scale just dropped 3 lb.'s. go figure. I do my best when I put the scale in the closet and weight every 3 months, somehow this month I left it in the bathroom and once I see it I can't help but get on that damn thing. Hang in there, we are both doing great.
