Alicia0022 14 Posted December 28, 2012 Doing great until day 15 out, Christmas Day, bent over to pick up a light bag, stood up and popped an internal muscle stitch, felt like my insides were tearing apart! Trip to ER, abdominal binder later. Lots of rest now. Still sore but on the mend. Anyone out there with this issue? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
