Same as garcias. I read here that the liquid and 3 days of clear liquid was for RNY. Have you aske alma about that? I'd hate for you to do it when it wasn't necessary. Or me not to do it if it WAS!

I'm not using R4C. I'm using ALM. Also, I have high BMI. Thanx for looking out.

A must buy. Just make sure it goes into the checked bag. It is so very good. Makes nice gifts and is fairly inexpensive. The driver took us to Revolution Road to shop. And we went out to a nice seafood restaurant the first night for your spouses. Everything was very good.
