rainbows 35 Posted December 28, 2012 On the 10 minute video it said to give the injections at the same time each day,My injection today was at 9, but my hubby leaves early for work so I would need the injection at like 6. Did anyone have this problem with the timing of lovenox?

TheGamer 406 Posted December 28, 2012 I had a couple days where I was late with it. It's very easy to give yourself the injection, far more so than having someone else do it. I found that self-injections hurt a lot less because I'm much more aware of what's going on with my body than someone else is. What I would suggest is to find a time that works for you and stick to it. Less hassle.
Annie B 89 Posted December 28, 2012 I would do it yourself and love the suggestion above - find a time that works and stick to it.
ShrinkyDinkMe22 376 Posted December 28, 2012 Not sure. I know they have to be taken the same time everyday. Might want to ask your dr. I know in the hospital I was getting two a day at 330am and pm. But when I got home they were once we day and I picked 1030am as my time. One day I forgot and did it when I remembered at 2pm but then the next day I went back to my 1030am time. I definitely don't nd it easier to do it myself than my hubby doing.
Geminidrive 389 Posted December 28, 2012 I don't think it is a problem with being off one day, just pick a time and stick with it. If your husband isn't available you will have to do it yourself, it's not that hard.
