Yes! i no longer enjoy eating anymore cause i get full too quick but hey that's what we signed up for right?

Yeah I have the same "issue". I couldn't find a better word instead of issue, because to me this is GREAT! I take a break for ten minutes and try again. I never go over or even near 1/2 cup of food.< /p>
