I felt better mentally and physically immediately and I know that I didn't have to stay as long as you did! VSG Duck 40 Posted December 27, 2012 I am glad to hear things are looking up our Christmas was nice and I was able to eat small amounts of everything I wanted and still managed to drop lbs so there is something to look forward to! I am going to try to post my first before and after for you later today. Hopefully I can figure it out?!? My sw was 268 and I was 209 today I hope you are able to Celebrate a late Christmas with your family I really liked the pumpkin pie Protein Shakes, they were alittle like a burgerville pumpkin milkshake very wintery salpal and i were talking yesterday and when you are up and about again we would love to get together sometime, maybe have an Oregon vst get together Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
