Setting a new years challange for myself

Sleeved nov 7th. Down 40 lbs. I am cleared by my doctor to have my friend/trainer "kick my ass" at the gym. Which I am totally looking forward to!!

My original goal was to try to loose 11 lbs a month so July I will be at 170 which is my first weight goal. But I know working out builds muscle which weighs more than fat so I am going to concentrate on my clothing. I would love to be a size 10 for summer I am wearing an 18 now down from a 22/24

Sleeved on the 11/13 and and ready to kick up my work outs full force I have a goal to lose 3lbs a week so 12 a month or so my goal is 165 and hope by the summer too it's on I am a tight 16 right now and would love to be a 10 that is my dream size lets do this :)

      Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
      What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
