dancing 0 Posted October 29, 2006 Ok I am a little scared after reading some information on another web site. I was banded 10/4/06. lost about 12# now feel great, I am now on a exercise program and drink about 60 oz of Water. Here's my question, After 2 weeks i have tried regular foods and they all seem to go good, Have never gotten il except for a 1/2 piece of pizza :help: which was in my gut for a day, but i walked and drank lots of water and it passed. Should I not be eating soft meat and cotage cheese? I chew my food and eat 1/2 sandwich but I keep reading I should not eat any bread. I guess I wonder if we would feel are band slip or is there a test on 1st fill that the Dr can say all looks good?????? Please let me know what you think. THANKS... EricBermudez 0 Posted November 7, 2006 Hi, I believe you do not have enough restriction. Even if the band is unfilled you will notice a little bit of restriction. About the bread it is difficult once the band restricts enough. Let us know how many c.c. you got ( if any). Sometimes it takes several fills to feel the band working. cindy110 0 Posted November 7, 2006 dont eat bread it will restrict you everytime...I have been able to toast bread to the most crispy that I can with out it being burnt, and take small bites...that seems to work for me and I have 3.7 in my band now. I have been banded for 2years have lost 110lbs with about 50lbs to go
