stomlin75 161 Posted December 26, 2012 I am a huge fan of the soy latte and miss my special coffee treat. I am wondering whether a Decaf soy latte is acceptable. I do understand that coffee can be irritating to the stomach but wonder if a decaf might be acceptable. Anyone have thoughts? I will be visiting my doctor's office tomorrow and will ask for their input but thought there may be others on here who are interested to know this too. kczar 166 Posted December 26, 2012 I don't drink a lot of coffee but I've seen a lot of people on this forum that do indulge in Decaf. I'm assuming that it's a non-fat latte as well? Because you definitely don't want to drink a bunch of empty calories.
Fiddleman 4,376 Posted December 26, 2012 Just discovered the skinny peppermint mocha at starbucks yesterday. It is only 100 calories for a grande, so good.... 1 TerryBelieves reacted to this
Pookeyism 1,143 Posted December 26, 2012 To me this is how coffe summed up: avoided it for the caffiene at first, but also Decaf tore me up, except it took awhile to associate it, it was kinda a delayed effect... Latte's were never my fav, I never understood soy in coffee, lol. Decaf, blondes, they tend to be worse on my tummy, the darker the better my tummy handles it.
