Fiddleman 4,376 Posted December 26, 2012 Have you tried running? That will melt it away.
fluffylibra30 323 Posted December 26, 2012 I would change up your exercise. When I start running again I always drop a lot if weight. (I just don't like to run so I don't do it often :-) ) your body is used to your routine. Add some calories, monitor your carbs. And Water. 8 glasses is just the recommendation. My trainer told me to strive for 1/2 my body weight in water.

Catracks 865 Posted December 27, 2012 Yep, the last 20 are a killer for me. Granted, I have been off the wagon for the last few days. I seem to be able to maintain well. I just cannot break 145.
LindaS 316 Posted December 27, 2012 Water really does the trick for me. I didn't lose anything from May until September, but I started upping my water in September, and I am losing again. I have 12-17 more pounds to lose. It seems to me I lose the most when I am drinking my water regardless of my exercise routine.
