It is a Grenade looking contraption attached to a tube that goes inside one of your incisions. It takes out puss and blood and you need to empty it daily. My doc leaves it in a week or so. I get it out tomorrow. They also have you drink grape juice or something and if the contents of your drain turn that color it means you have a leak.
