deedeemuffin 346 Posted December 26, 2012 I was one week on Water. Then 2 weeks on Protein Shakes & water. My next stage was being able to eat almost anything except fruit with skin, raw vegetables or carbs. Everything just had to be cut up super small, chewed really well & eaten over a long period of time. Also, I need to eat my Protein first. My nutritional guidelines are 60-70 grams of protein and less than 20 grams of carbs per day. I meat with my nutritionist again on Thursday. Waiting to see what will be added then as I am really missing my raw baby carrots. All offices are different, but I hope that this helps. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I eat mashed potatoes and drink shakes...that is it...meat is horrible on my stomach...I really have no interest in food as well.
