protein shakes, meals, timing?

I am starting soft solids but I am still to get most of my Protein from shakes. So here is my question, do I have to have 4 hours between a meal and a shake? If I do, I don't see how I am going to have Breakfast, shake, lunch, shake, dinner, shake. I don't see how to get that all in. For example, I had egg white for breakfast but that wasn't much protein (4 grams). I want to have some turkey at mid day. But I should have a Protein Shake. But when do I have it to get my morning protein in? So is sipping a protein shake at this stage grazing or do I just focus on the timing of food, things you chew meals? Sorry if I am over thinking this.
