Alamoloser 70 Posted December 25, 2012 I'm guilty myself, almost 3 months here and still eat too fast and take big bites. I haven't thrown up but I can feel it at the top of my chest. 2 Lisa'slosinit and sdeb418360 reacted to this

A Sleeve4me 26 Posted December 26, 2012 Everyone is different ..listen. to ur body..try not to compare because that only makes u feel bad..just do ur best to follow the rules and u will do great. I'm not a big Water drinker..I force myself because I know my body have to have it..plus I hear a lot of people saý it helps the weight come off along with adequate Protein intake. A Sleeve4me 26 Posted December 26, 2012 Alamoloser..I know exactly what u mean.habits are hard to break..we will keep practicing..nibble,nibble nibble. But I like that fact that I don't eat as often and stay full longer..don't crave every dish that pop in my head anymore..thank God.
