Jules27 4 Posted December 24, 2012 Ok good.. I don't care for the carnation kind but the kelloggs isn't too bad. But I didn't know because the carbs and sugars are kind of high.
ShyV. 32 Posted December 24, 2012 Does anyone know is Ensure Clear is good? It has 9g of Protein but 130 calories.
Kapoorvilla 117 Posted December 24, 2012 Not heard of it before but premier is 160 for 30 grams so it sounds calorie to Protein ratio not so good. 1 mel2643 reacted to this

Not overly sweet, great Protein and low carb. I looked at the Special K's but thought the sugar count was just too high. 1 mel2643 reacted to this

Kapoorvilla 117 Posted December 26, 2012 The muscle milk light is good tasting also. Save the calories go with premier from Sam's club or muscle milk lite that you can find in many grocery stores.
lessofmeismore 1,405 Posted December 26, 2012 Premier is awesome and very appropriate Protein and calorie wise. I would not advise any of the drinks that contain sugar but that's a personal choice. 2 mel2643 and loseinit reacted to this
fluffylibra30 323 Posted December 26, 2012 I looked at those Kellogg drinks today at Walmart. They have 25 grams of sugar, 25 carbs. That is a ton for a Breakfast drink! That is 1/2 my carbs and way more sugar than i like in a day. i would stick to the premier or the EAS are good.
Jules27 4 Posted December 27, 2012 I bought some of the eas from Walmart tonight I haven't tried em but I plan to tomorrow.. I haven't seen the muscle milk lite.. ill have to look @ different places for it all I seen was reg. Muscle milk ready to drink and muscle milk powder. And what about the Atkins Meal Replacement bars would those be ok??
