I just heard about a week 3 stall on weight loss, is that true? I have been at the same weight for about 10 days and am just wondering.

It's true, just stick with the plan and it'll catch up. When you're not losing weight you may be losing inches because your body has to catch up.

The only thing that helped me break my stall is the bootcamp diet that a member has on this forum
