gaye jarvis 751 Posted December 24, 2012 When I went back for my 6 week checkup I told my dr that I was having cramps in my calves every time I tried to do my walking, he said it was from drinking to much Water and he told me to start drinking Powerade Zero, it started helping me by the next day. I'm now 6 months out and don't have that problem anymore.
