Robbino 32 Posted December 24, 2012 You're not alone. I had to stop making Cookies and cashew brittle because I couldn't stop nibbling. I'm very thankful for my sleeve this holiday season, or no doubt I would be over indulging. Don't beat yourself up. Tomorrow is a new day.
aacooper 1 Posted December 24, 2012 Just think sampling is still better than what you were eating and not sampling could lead to eating more. Hang in there we are human.

kimirg 13 Posted December 24, 2012 I made a bunch of freezer bagged slow cooker meals, casseroles, Soups, stews, etc and stocked the freezer. This way it'll be a long time before I need to prep and taste things. I used a few good websites let me know if this would help you. I can find them. I have always been thins kind of cook for weekdays so I just doubled all my usual recipes and stocked it! Otherwise I am sure I would be more tempted. I even threw a slow cooker meal in post op day 3 to treat my neighbors who were babysitting me while my hubby went to work.
