latinmami0511 186 Posted December 24, 2012 Thanks everyone... I didnt do anything different than what we All have to do.. However I can say I didn't stop watching the scale until I hit goal... Now that I can eat anything.. I find that I'm not too fond of chicken I usually give up on it after a bite or 2... I love all green veggies especially asparagus and spinach.... And my stomach looooves seafood, not much a surprise since I was a seafood lover before surgery but I can actually eat a good portion of it before full..
