I too was sent home the next day.. not really having any problems.. no trouble going to the bathroom...no hair falling out.. I do have hunger but they say that will go away in a week or so. Cant wait to move to the next level.. Im out walking every day and in the house.. I think the key is walking.. it makes me feel better when Im up and walking. I have not weighed myself.. I dont think I want to til I go for my first appt. loving the sugar free pops I get to have.. those are delicious. Protein Shakes are good too.. so Im doing quite well I think..
