Just wanted to share my excitement that my surgery date is now exactly 1 month from today on January 22! I've been counting down the days for months and now that it's getting so close I can hardly contain myself! I'll be busy the next couple weeks with Christmas and New Years so hopefully the time will fly by and I'll finally take my place on the losers bench before I know it.

Congrats!!! The month will go really fast. Follow the Pre op diet, ask lots of questions, stalk the post op forum, watch lots of videos. It'll help you feel prepared.

Also to keep yourself occupied, make sure your home/ workspace is ready for Pre and post op. order samples so you can try some things and buy them in larger quantities after surgery if you still like them. Don't forget Vitamins too! Opted for liquid Vitamins instead of pills or powders.

There's a great list of what to take with you when you go to the hospital... In addition to what your surgeon or his nurse might tell you. Memorize that list! Preparedness will help a lot and will keep you busy!
