cataro 39 Posted December 22, 2012 So far I am down 25 lbs :-) I'm getting in my fluids finally. I did become dehydrated, but managed to get enough liquids in to recover. I could not, for the life of me, drink any more of those shakes! I have switched to the unflavored Protein Powder and am doing MUCH better. Been adding it to Soups, jellos, cottage cheese, you name it. So far my pain levels are pretty tolerable. The other day I went grocery shopping for Christmas dinner, and was a little sore after.
