Hi everybody I'm making fried tilapia tonight and i wanted to know if anyone knows how to calculate the oil.

Yes and make it Fat free Pam olive oil spray, then fry it don't submerge in oil at all. I have a george Forman grill, season, add marinade maybe and then spray and quick cooked fish dish. That oil, yikes, I have warnings all over my paperwork for next stage diet, no fats !! Poached, baked, canned.
