6 weeks out

Well yesterday marked my 6 weeks post sleeved and all I can say is yippee! I am down 38lbs I did lose a few before surgery, and I'm not really sure if those count or not. I guess in the big picture, its just a number that I will not let control me any longer. I have not been the best at doing all the "right" things, but reading other posts, I can see no one really is. I can only try to do the best that I can.

Thanks everyone who post encouragement to others, it is truely appreciated by all who read them. I am so looking forward to seeing my extended family this weekend and finally feel good about being just me.

Merry Christmas to all and bring on the New Year! I will be one that will be ready for it this year.
