ultrav!olet 6 Posted December 24, 2012 Guys i need ur help Iam living in kuwait and i tried few Proteins but they taste awful How r coping with ur Protein intake Any suggestions?
Catherine Shinn Habhab 97 Posted December 24, 2012 Ultra, how far out are you? I think living in Kuwait you should be able to find several Protein supplement options. Do you have a GNC store? I bought a chocolate flavored whey protein isolate. I make a shake everyday, it got boring, I'm not going to lie. One day I add banana, one day Peanut Butter, sometimes instant coffee crystals. You can do it, don't get discouraged

Catherine Shinn Habhab 97 Posted December 24, 2012 Lmao, its so funny that you mention how much you r glad to be out of the da7yi since am living there... i also cant wait to be out of here!! UGH cant wait to go back home (America) And yea i had the surgery in lebanon with doctor RIyad Al-sahily... no complications hamdella and am shy on two months out. 37 pounds lost You probably had yours in alnabatiyi cause i have heard that there are some good doctors there but it was so far for my husband to go back and forth... i hope you are doing well hey Mrs, I forgot to tell you....you might already know. there are several "american" product stores all over the Dahiya. There are three in Bir Hassan (Amtrag and Costco), one in St Therese (EZ shop) and one in Sfeir (Deals), oh forgot one...it's in a gas station, yeah that's what I said, in a gas station on Old Saida Road, between the Mar Maroun Church and the the Beirut Mall. They have saltine crackers and Crystal Light! They carry other dietish items too. I actually got my multi Vitamins at the gas station! 1 SweetSaso reacted to this

Sleever84 15 Posted December 25, 2012 Hi guys Born in Australia and Lebanese background my parents are from Lebanon. I was sleeved on 3 December and have lost 10 kilos. Just had Christmas here and what helped was stage 3 soft food do all I had was 2 tablespoons of baba ganouch and hommus. What are your cravings if you have had any? Any recipe ideas for the soft food stage? 2 N/A and saudisleeve reacted to this
heartonmysleevey 133 Posted December 25, 2012 Salaam Ladies!! I was sleeved on 12-12-12. What a date to remember. I'm from Syria - but currently live in southern California. Not doing well with my liquid intake - find it hard to drink more than 8 oz of Water a day and about 4 oz of shake. It sucks watching everyone enjoying dinner and you know us Arabs - its a feast every night :-) Love this post!!! Hi Ms. Cali, Where about in SoCal are you? I was in OC but moved towards the desert. I'm not sleeved yet, but I totally understand about the feasts. My family owns a restaurant and my mother in law lives with us. Hope I can curb all of my cravings when my family cooks. Best of luck to all of you!!
